485 Subba Rao I agree with you. Like REC, EIL also was issued at 295 but traded between 320-350 for one month before coming down. So PFC may trade above 215-230 post listing.
n Kumar fixing price at rs 200 will not happen as it has subcribed more than 4 times hence issue price for retails will be rs 193 also read the quotes of Good broker which says all the osilators are pointing down wards hence at present situation which i have checked with the charts is it is likely to go down to rs 199 to rs 203 so wait and watch also target given by good broker for rs 218 was achived and missed his target of rs 220 where most analist were not bulish that time and as now people are not berish to reach rs 200 but the chats show it some times i make time pass with vas nat only he is my best freind also let wait for the subcribtion till 10 pm
Chemcho Sir, At what basis you calculated 3 times retail. It will be subscribed 2.2-2.4 range .Already even after I told grey market premium was down to 4 rs in Innoventive & that 2 a seller you applied saying it is 14 .You do not access to greymarket so please do not give grey market premiums.lot of people applied to Innoventive after seeing that you have applied. So my plea to you is please find out the correct figures before putting it on the board.
For PFC-FPO (Size Rs 4660 Crs), Retail portion has been subscribed 1.62 times in both NSE and BSE upto 4 pm. It appears that final figure will go upto 2 times. So allotment will be comfortable
In this connection, it may not be out of place to recollect that REC-FPO (Size Rs 3530 Crs) priced at same Rs 203 level was subscribed in Retail category 0.23 only. On Listing Day REC-FPO traded between Rs 230.00 to Rs 244.60
Ajay indian, Please do not hype your IPO too much lest all the investors will suffer loss.Just collect enough funds so that it will subscribe only 1 time. Then catch hold of an operator.I will also unload the shares at 5 after that operators can thrash it to 0.5 at close.
For cost-cutting purpose every responsibily including LBRMs/registrars etc is on my shoulder. Becuase of market condition, i have postponed it for few days. As soon as market crosses to 5800, ipo will open. You will be informed throgh different medias.
Today it was good. Bought 200 sh at Rs. 90 and unloaded on closing at Rs. 101/-. Going to Big Bazar for some chhoti-moti shopping. So am intereted in your your IPO too. Kuchh to milega?
Who are your LBRMs / Registrars ?
When is your Company -IPO opening for subscription ?
I'm interested as Anchor Investor ( Don't ask my credentials/ Net Worth, now).
I am planning to launch an IPO of my unregistered company. Price band is 2-3rs and issue size is 2-3crore. Hence you can expect dhamaka listing becuase of being smaller issue. Please subscribe to it even at lower price band. I am pretty sure that any of you be interested in fundamentals of my company. Everybody will make profit. PE ratio and BV are not available and at the time of listing it will be auto-discovered. SEBI people have already been fed up their commission so finally i want a support from you all small fishes.
Sir i think u are the first person to talk about withdrawals in this issue. I believe most of the investors in this will decide on withdrawal if the price of PFC falls to 200 in the next 4 to 5 days and govt based institutions are seriously trying for the last few days to keep the price above 215 to show fpo price as attractive. I believe if it falls to 200 also we have a cushion of Rs7 which is sufficient to give profits of around 3K which is not bad. Also i differ with your view of o/s of 3. looking at the current o/s figures o/s may be around 2 and if the HNI didn't subscribe completly then retail get some more shares. Also i feel Govt will fix the price @Rs200 ans so retail will get it at 190.
