There is lot of confusion about PFC allotment. It's possible that chittorgarh has sent wrong message.

As long as they apologize for their error and sent another mail for apology in next 5 mins, I don't think it's intentionally sent for making money.

PFC share price is likely to stabilise by Friday. QIBs shall be willing to buy shares at any price below 203. So expect PFC price to fluctuate between 203 and 210 for few days after FPO listing
