U are right. But that auction happens as HNIs didn't got FPO the stock on monday which was expected. and there was no stock available for hence auction happened 20% high price. But yesterday auction price was 206 where as high was 203. Now 2days high is 199.95 in nse. Hence those who have shorted on Tuesday will get at that price.
Hence ideally they will earn money and not loose

I am facing the same issue. It's showing me on Equity Holding page but when I try to go to Demat allocation, the shares are not there.

Even in auction u will not loose money. Price is already 198. so auction will be near 200. Hence loss will be bare minimum don't worry

Dear Dinesh I have also noticed the same in my case. But when I tried to sell the stock the system is saying that to allocate the same in Demat allocation manually. But the demat section it is saying that there is no resources for the stock. Hence I am unable to sell. Is it the same problem in your case or not. Please inform
