Any help how can I apply plycab through Upi ?

did some research here, found no major intermediary is providing online facility as of yet, so you have to physically visit to a broker or bank to submit duly filled IPO application form including your UPI ID, then you will receive collect request on your UPI app, currently oly BHIM UPI app is live now.
Looks to me tedious process

If a bank does not submit ASBA application made through netbanking to the exchange can investor do anything about it ? What is the procedure for the action ? I applied yesterday but no bid of generated and they are not helping except for asking to call after every 10 to 15 minutes. Bidding time will end soon so what can be done ?

Mostly you should be fine and bid may get placed today EOD or Tomorrow. Just keep evidences like screen shot of amount blocked etc in case you decide to complaint.

Is it Better to Apply in HNI ? Are there sure chances to get some shares? how does HNI allotment works?

HNI is purely proportional, more you apply better the chances, but expect 100x subs. So allotment will be difficult.

If HNI gets over 100x then only those who have made bid above 1452600/- Rs. will get allotment.

Can't a retail investor apply in hni cat.

if he does i.e. more than 2 lakh rs bid , he will be called HNI
