Markets are down NSE at near 8550 and BSE AT 26920

IF 8550 breaches , then next low is 8500

this is 3000 cr IPO where there will be selling pressure at the time of listing , even if it lists at premium

It is better to stay away from this IPO as Tatas EMPIRE issue is in primary stage and not settled down
