The biggest external risk to this IPO is the US election results prediction if any in favor of Mr Trump. Hope they list it on 7th Nov. US election actual results will be out on 9th Nov.
Wiki says Electoral votes will be formally counted before a joint session of Congress and The President of the Senate will formally announce the electoral result on January 6, 2017
So what will 9th November 2016 give us? Actual Result or Estimated Result
What do you mean by the term “Bankruptcy It has different meaning in India and US.
Trump himself has never filed for bankruptcy. His corporations have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy four times
What I like about him is his return after fall. He was KING in the 80s and 90s then came his bad time and he did not make place even in Forbes 400 list, but now he re-entered Forbes 400 and is ranked at #156
Sharp Bounce Back after a steep fall is what excites me
Look at his energy level at the age of 70; its mind-boggling
I can write a 1000 page book on him, but this is not right place
I suggest you to watch History Channel Documentary "The Making of Donald Trump"

Why all retail investors should participate in IPO -
1. There is a huge frenzy in IPO market currently 2. There are more than 50% of IPOs which are giving listing gains 3. Some good companies are even giving substantial gains 4. IPO market has revived after many years 5. Probability of making higher returns is more in IPOs 6. Agreed there will be some which will not be successful but the other ones will cover anything that you have lost during unsuccessful IPOs.
So do not worry until the market sentiments are conducive.
Issue Subscription Detail as on 25-Oct-2016 17:05:22 IST
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): 0.346 times Non Institutional Investors (NII): 0.0783 times Retail Individual Investors (RIIs): 0.1663 times Employees: 0.0208 times Total: 0.197 times
that is an important number and any reliable info on this is going to be great help to us RII in getting an understanding on changes of allocation on the basis of size of RII issue.
@mukesh ji first NSE BSE have to submit their application subscription data to Eagleye and if EE say it"s okay and found to be in order then only they can put on thier sites......so just enjoy data don"t ask for reliability :-)
One thing common with ICICI Insurance and PNB hnf is u can put the money and look after 10 years for multifold returns.
Coming to PNB hnf, I see good reviews and nice buzz everywhere. I think there will be decent to good listing gains. Just wait till third day if u r doubtful
Despite good fundamentals and subscribed fully , Listed at 5 % Discount . Technically also sounds good as Housing Finance Sector was much bullish at that time too. Now Trading at par with PNB HF.
After seeing the subscription in anchor portion & change of mood towards PNBHF in last 2 days before opening is that it will list in premium yes it might be low but minimum 40 Rs. is possible.....
Somehow there is a feeling, I get, that it could go the LNT InfoTech ways.... all parameters looks good and says the stock to be good enough, but listing at discounted price.
But unlike LNTI, It''s slightly pricey, however like LNTI, a great stock to be in the portfolio of long term investors.
Disclaimer: Feelings are just feelings; there can''t necessarily be a basis for it.
@ 338 IPO TRACKER . My uncle told me about the people who warned him against investing in Maruti IPO at Rs. 115 ..citing high valuation.. He did listen to those Gurus and decided to buy at a lower price after listing ...Its needless to say that he has been waiting ever since...the wait that can only end with him...And the Gurus ? ..They are nowhere to be seen.. . .....All IPO aspirants should be made to recite Panchatantra as the scripture.. ..especially the story of Monkies and the Bulbul ...if one gets the gist ..they would never need no advice ...Or so I would like to believe... . .
@338.1 Eagleye . Wrath?....Hey! Such fierce action, the war of words, Drama, Tragedy, Truth labeled as lies, Lies made to appear like the truth...Don''t you think these IPOs are no less entertaining than the best of Bollywood Masala movies? .. . Oh! And lets not forget the romance part ...I have come across die hard lovers on here .. People who romance their favorite shares to death ..enough to make even their Girl friends worry....
