Total shares for retail investors in PNBHFL were 1,39,12,500 therefore 13912500÷19=732236 lots available and total number of applications were approx. 767200 out of which 15000-17000 may be technically rejected so 98% chances of allocation and other thing is that in employee categary only bids for 115000 shares out of 250000 reserved shares so question is that who will get the remaining 250000-115000= 135000÷19=7105 lots so allotment chances may be 99%.
Iam also thinking that it may go on and after listing like Indigo-full allotment, list on 856 and go to 1390 whithin 3 months.

I have apllied single lot in PNBHFL and not appllied in VBL
Please guide Eagleye/Septa/Uchit/Arjun..............

Your calculations are based on lower price band.
No of lots @upper price band & spillover from employee''s quota to retail quota, are mentioned in my earlier messages.
Allottement ratio can be between 93 to 95%, depending upon final tally of valid bids.

Housing finance is growing sector where margins r good , so listing will be excellent.. In previous issues under listing Icici pru insurance sectors is tuff and low margin sector. L& t infotech I.t sector not much interesting right now. Still as a new & growing sector L&t tech get positive listing instead of very high price. So according to me, currently fii and mutual fund is putting money in growing sector. So Pnb will definitely get a good listing.
