I was reading Dilip Davda''s review. It mentioned post issue PE of 33 for this issue compared to industry and peer group average PE of 26. With 26 PE the price comes to 607. Even with good growth rates which is doubtful in this industry, is a 800+ valuation justified? Am I missing some fact. Can someone please help me understand.

Dilip Davda does rubbish analysis. Simply looking at PE does not tell you whether stock is cheap or expensive. Investor also has to look at growth, quality of management, ROA, ROE and other parameters. Whenever a company raises new money through equity, the PE ratio always looks high in near term.
