Not inspiring business and track record of promoters. Why should he even list?

Revenue/PAT/net worth for the period ended 9 months Dec 22 are not in line with the proportionate increase in the previous years figure in spite of involved in hotel industries which is doing there best in this period .

As no ones fund can be utilised in other so pl suggest How we distribute fund in the following IPO

I wonder why can't they adjust their dates so as to not clash with other Ipo's. If they would have just postponed this for 1 day, Ideaforge funds would have been available for this one.

@Aman Ipo May be some influential people want to reduce participation..

As per DRHP , there were 2 LMs but BOB is removed while filing RHP.
Similar like spectrum. Let's hope idbi manage the whole issue single handedly.
