BRLM to the PKH Ventures Limited has informed the Exchange that due to the prevailing market conditions, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the IPO committee of the company on July 04 2023 the issuer has now decided to withdraw the issue in consultation with BRLMs and Registrar. Hence the IPO of PKH Ventures Limited will be treated as withdrawn."

I applied in retail but didn't approve blocking of funds. Do I have to do anything to make sure the application is cancelled? Zerodha app is saying that cancellation can happen only during market hours and not allowing me to cancel.

if you havent approved the UPI mandate, then the application will automatically be cancelled. You dont have to do anything.

While it met (i) condition it did not meet the (ii) condition of getting subscription of 25% of post issue capital.
