dear ghatol and nitin...dont worry when u apply through asba u'll have same kind of application no.I too applied vid asba and got same format application no. n allotment too.so dont worry wait 4 allotment.....
NHPC and Adani spoilt the mood of IPO's by pricing so high. I think same is the case with OIL india and Pipavav. With this impact, it will have very bad effect on the upcoming IPO's where many companies are are planing to rise 1000's of crores from primary market. The future of IPO's does not look great with these trend.
My dear friends give thumbs down by not applying for the these highly priced issues. We are not there here for loosing money and making these greedy people rich. Protect your money and show them a lesson...........
SEBI had asked the company to give investors a chance to withdraw their ipo application, in the wake of some insider trading. Later, the company managed to stay SEBI's order.
Its only the stay has been given and not the clearance, I believe.
Can anybody tell whether I will be able to withdraw the application?
Read the story on pipavav clearance from insider trading http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/markets/ipos/Pipavav-IPO-clears-SAT-after-SEBIs-red-mark/articleshow/5058419.cms
Dear SKM As the SAT has stayed the order of SEBI and SEBI has withdrawn the letter no question of giving any opportunity to investors to withdraw the ipo application.Sorry for my previous comments.
Aare there is a news in Saturday ET that Promoters (their 3 employees) are involve in insider trading and SEBI is forcing the Company to provide option to the investors to take back their money. Anybody having the detailed news please share ......
to all investors , anything happned in market, if jindal cotex list near 85/ and globus on 90/, so wait & watch nothing in hands of investor all are depend on brokers. so dont penic and wait.
HI MIHIR TULSI IS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.PLEASE READ THE NEWS THAT PIPAVAV LNG TERMINAL HAS BEEN DELAYED AND IT WILL HAVE ADVERS AFFECT ON ITS IPO ON LISTING DAY. THIS WILL LIST AROUND 45 BUT YOU CAN GET AROUND 36-38 RS AFTER LISTING., THIS STOCK WAS VERY EXPENSIVE .F1 INVESTED AT 25 RS SO EVEN IF THEY SELL AT 40 THEY MADE HUGE PROFITS
It seems the fundamentals of the issue does not matter sometimes. It is a question of operators. See Jindal cotex is on a premium of about 17% on the second day. In case of Globus spirit, though it ended the listing day at a discount, one could have easily come out with a premium of 6 to 10%. Let us now hope such kind of operators are there for Pipavav!
dear chandrakant, havnnt we already seenwhat happened to NHPC, plus OIL india, despite there was strong advocation for issuing shares below the upper band, they still isssued @ upper......elts see what happens to this, but point i am making is just to set a an example...
