I didn't got allotment in 53 lots application in one a/c but got allotment in 12 lots application in another a/c, i also don't understand how BOA is works here ? Anyone have idea please suggest

Its lottery system in case of oversubscription. As basis of allotment does not provide complete details, but among 60 applicants in 12 lots only 2 were allotted and you missed out. But as 53 lot is a bigger number, due to less number of applicants you won in lottery and received allotment. @Dipakkumar Shah
