Thanks for the reply @Kappo. can you think of a short medium term target. Ay particular reason for such exception demand on listing date.

Hats off to Purva Sharegistry for publishing the FULL BOA for Phantom. This transparency must be made compulsory I think. Thanks to CG for putting it up.
Retail players please take calculated risk only, if you have made good profit in previous sme and can sleep without thinking about ki kal kya hoga than only take risk. Many good ipo will come in future and give chance to earn large profit so keep distance from inflated stocks. Just my view you can disagree. Happy investing.

Hello ! Can anybody suggest the fate of Phantom in next 10 trading session. I did not get any allotment but have taken with extra courage and super risk at upper circuit today @315/- . It closed at slightly lower level @ 312.70.
Can any Pro / Guru / Mentor guide me to sail through this ?
This is my first post and believe that the seniors shall shower love ❤️ to the new born…member
@GJ, sir I had seen the shareholding pattern of Phantom yesterday on the NSE site....cant find it there now.... If I remeber correctly 81% shares were locked... only 19% were tradable..... total as far as I remember was 1.10Cr so 19% comes to 21L odd shares that are open to trade...... (I might be wrong and I cannot confirm it now....will try and find later....) thx
Phantom Digital Effects IPO was a SME IPO of 30,63,600 equity shares, on which 50% was reserved for QIB, who I believe have lock in period of 30 days. Therefore tradable shares with HNI and RII would be remaining 50%, which comes out to 15,31,800 equity shares. Then how come the shares traded upto now ( i.e. 15,73,200) exceeds 15,31,800 being shares available for trade as this is in T+2 category ?
There was details of shareholding pattern on NSE yesterday on the forthcoming listing page of Phantom that I had seen....cant find it there now.
As far as I remember (if correctly) there were 81% share that were locked in. Rest were open for trade..... Considering there are approx 1.10 total shares including promoter holding (again if I remember correctly).... about 21 lakh shares were open to trade......
What's the scene with Delhivery... I didn't apply in the IPO, and now it's fallen almost 35% in 2 days. Has it become a good price to start making positions. Or forget about it like Paytm as it's still loss making?
@UPG BUT I SOLD EMI IN PRE- OPEN ONLY.. MAY BE THEY DONT ALLOW IN SME IPO...
CAN ANYONE GUIDE IN THIS IF HDFC NOT ALLOW TO TRADE IN SME IPO IN PRE- OPEN?? AS I WAS ABLE TO PLACE SELL ORDER BY CALLING AND NOT IN HDFC SECURITIES APPLICATION..
