Go with round figures i don't think so subscription would be less than 350 so if you apply 17 you need atleast 10 partners to get allotment so go with 15 or 20 were you can find more partners

Don't worry. At 17 lots, you will have co-applicants at least in two-digit numbers.
Public financial institutions, commercial banks, mutual funds and Foreign Portfolio Investors etc can apply in QIB category. SEBI registration is required for institutions to apply under this category.
Apply bindaas .... There are limited no of institutions that can apply as SME QIB.... Hence you won't find extremely high QIB subs.... It may reach a max of 20x..... Doesn't mean there will be lower listing gain.... So my recommendation...apply FF

@bigbull: i see many of your such posts, please don't spam un-necessary. Forget what your broker is saying and trust what people are saying here. In annapurna sme ipo too, i clearly told it will be proportional basis not like mainboard, still people were saying that in grey market brokers were having trades as per shni/bhni etc and some people were waiting for BOA to confirm etc etc , in the end it happened as what i said.
i see so many posts in this ipo too related to asking minimum allotment and how much to apply etc etc, no idea why people posting such things. Everyone remember now that in ALL sme's , allotment is proportional same like older rules with minimum 1 lot allotment.
Applied 20 lots × 4 ..... Had the option of going 80 +1+1+1, but this combo hasn't worked for me til date.... so this time opted to keep all my appl in same lot .... Just trying to see how it turns out ... As it is can't beat the subscription.... So y not try something different......
If I have got allotment through 3rd party application, can I sell those shares using my groww account ( mother account ) or can I able to transfer those same shares to my zerodha account and can sell?

Groww doesnt allow sell of SME shares. So you need to transfer using CDSL EASIEST and then sell from Zerodha. In CDSL EASIEST, use GIFT as transfer option. I had tough time for Jeena Sikho shares.
@ipoavenger, You will be able to sell on the next day of listing. As till listing day, Shares are frozen, and you won't be able to transfer before listing.
@GJ sir, In that case, I can open zerodha account in the name of my mother ( groww account ). Now can I able to sell through zerodha on listing day as shares was only in CDSL. Both accounts CDSL same here sir
@GJ @Learner Request clarify one aspect which pertains to Tax . If I have transferred the share to my mother and she sells it then who pay the tax on profit. Also, in case the transfer was done to family member - brother, sister, cousin etc, who pay tax Any taxation during transfer
If anyone apply less than 40 lots in NII category, can he get any lots. Can anyone tell the procedure regarding allotment of SME shares in NII category for those who applies less than times actual subscription. Thanks in advance
Sure, chance is there. Most number of applications in HNI are with 2 lots only and many do get allotted. Luck matters here.

procedure is lottery system. Successful allotte is decided by lottery at that every particular no of lots applicants. Ratio remains almost same at each particular no of lots category, except after 3-5 lakhs share applications, where everyone gets 1 or additional lot allotment.
Noticed special HNI thread is missing from recent IPO. Can understand that the lot number decision strategy is very crucial for allotment and due to rush experts may have decided to plan that on other platform. I am going with 21 and 25 lots anyone joining these lots?
