Can any one please tell the name of broker who allows application in sme ipo and pre open market trading?
Except upstox, angel, zerodha
Groww does not allow trading in pre open market.

I think they are allowing to trade in NSESME only so for BSESME we are out of luck.

In oversubscribed issue, combined lots of applicants applying for a particular number of lots has to be over 50% of oversubscription, to qualify for lottery.

Say 555x subscription, for 50 lots applicants, a group of at least 6 applicants is needed to qualify for lottery and allotment to 1 out of 6. If lesser applicants (1-5) apply for 50 lots, since their combined lot is 50x5=250, (even in case of 5) which is less then half of 555, none will be considered in lottery.

It is just to clarify.. I hope we all get sufficient co applicants...

@ NITEENIPO: ya am doing good, hope same for you...me too just little busy in work sometimes....from recent sme ipo, i didn't got any good ones, before that i got sabar/upsurge/agni/jay jalaram etc....but i bought one insolation in preopen and 1 cargotrans at 66.5....
From next time, i will post in little advance so that more people can apply similar lots in such expected high subscription cases....
@avenue@samjos: yes issue subscriptions is huge so we all will get companions mostly but getting companion is not only enough here since issue subscription is huge due to that we need more members too actually to be in lottery like minimum 6 applicants for 45 to 49 lot category...and so it can be tough to get this much members for all lot sizes as per past high subscription BOA examples....so i am not counting on members posting or not, i was counting from real data from BOA....anyways lets see....i wish all the best for all of us :)
@P Patel: May be you have not seen multiple other earlier discussions on forum so you are not aware about hni allotment rules properly, its like that only, long back itself i have informed this allotment process in forum and most of the people are aware about this....yes its kind of in-justice as you said but nothing can be done....even in mainboard shni/bhni lottery's too, there is no clubbing of nearby lot applicants, each lot size is considered as separate group so many didn't even get chance to be part of lottery when they choose unusually high/unique lots in shni/bhni category.....

This is not the first time that any member, senior or junior is abused by any member of this forum. Done in past and likely to be done in future. In past I had objected many times where some words were used, which were not required to be used. I can't repeat those words here. Even I was abused for taking objection. Message was removed by the Admin, if the members remember. Surprisingly these messages are liked by many, many members other then worth messages. So, it is better to ignore and not to indulge in such messages.

No Listing Possible In Muhurat Trading

Is listing of any IPO possible on Muhurat Tading day on Deepawali? I have never seen listing on Muhurat. It's very short period trading day. A very important day for Stock Market. But IPOs coming in big numbers.

Don't worry about GMP. This is the time to worry about the chances of allotment in view of the subscription figures. If luck favors, you get an allotment you are going to get very good premium against your allotment. Till that time enjoy and have a faith in own luck.

Only thing we all can do is to inform sebi about the false play of pramotor ,lead manager and few so called Qib . Bookbinding is a good concept for mainstream ipo not for sme.in EMI Qib is 160X but here in sme most of time reputed Qib is not investing and only few taking advantage and cover 50% quota with very less subscription.There must be only 2 Quota in SME Retail and other then retail 50% each .

This ipo implicit interest(@10%) cost comes @1,00,000 for hni's, so what is the use in favouring someone like qib and ditching hni and retail. It is totally unjust but i know nothing can be done talking about this. Be it knagri ,concord, frogcell and this ipo only qibs make money.
It is totally their prerogative they would dump at Start or at 31 days or at 91 days or hold for long term and dump at huge price. So before buying in preopen take your decision carefully. No issue in holding your alloted lot but keep some stop loss.

Missed applying here due to being totally indisposed on 14th. Saw the subscription next day. In a way, felt relieved that probably didn't miss much except some more zeros in allotment. Again a case of rare allotments.

@Hamsa ,Your most of the points are valid about this new trend of QIB Quota and crazy subscription because of only few crores Quota for hni (and retail follow hni ).Game must be Exposed and corrected but HOW?

What is Third party application, would someone please explain with an example.

@antarix : Thanks for your response. This is what I was doing in 2021 from my SBI ASBA I was applying for all my family members using my SBI account. But, now SBI ASBA is not allowing it. It says that bank account holder and Demat holder's PAN should be same. So, Which bank is allowing third party applications please let me know.

I am using PNB ASBA. Till a few months ago, I was using SBI Yono Lite app also. I think it is still accepting 3rd party applications.

What is the difference between Book Building Issue and Fixed price Issue ???

One I know BB has a price range like here 91-95 and FP has a fixed price. But that doesn't really matter as most BB issue will list at upper price bank only and mentioned range is just a formality....

Reason I am asking is just being BB issue allow 50% reservation for QIB which opens gates of opportunities for many .....

Lead manger ,promoter and few Qib in the name of book building cornering 50% quota and creating artificial shortage for NII and retail and getting away with very high subscription. what hni is getting ( To get one lot investment require is 5cr and premium today is less then 1 lac so total return only (0.20%) and Qib getting allotment very easily.)
