Investors who look to apply for ILFS & Persistent may look investing in both of them @75-25 ratio.Though both are very good companies,ILFS Issue is bigger hence allotment will be good.Persistent is offering shares @only 12 times 2009-2010 earnings.It has clocked 23 percent growth in Profit for the last 3 year even in times of great recession.This year its profit is already more than 60 percent compared to previous year & it is sustainable with recovery in US.I expect the issue to not subscribe over 15 times as retail money is already exhausted in DQE,NMDC,Poly,ILFS.So even though the issue is great & will be oversubscribed heavily in FII & HNI,retail subscription will not cross the threshold.
Disclosure:I am going with all guns blazing in ILFS but also hold enough reserves to utilise the oppurtinity of funds scarity for persistent.

Dear Sourabh Modi,You have got 8/18.5 chance of being alloted DQE.Most of the investors who had not applied in full in DQE have done the same mistake.They should have saved their money for ILFS wherein they may have got full allotment.For your case you would have got definite allotment in ILFS as I expect the Issue to be subscribed only 7 + or -1 times in retail& is a great long term buy.

persisitent is good ipo one can apply good listing gain and also for investment , list nearly 90+ and short term target is 140-150. but chaces of alloment is very less. 20 to 22 time may be subcrib.
