Hi All, As I've seen things r well regarding Persistent Sys here, I wish u all to provide some information abt it. As I know the info abt Co all based on Personal relations. I'm from Pune & well known abt Co's profile. Its shown best growth in past yrs, though there was some worldwide economic slowdown but Persistence was one of them who never give up words like Down. This Org's best Plus point is they have holding huge Land Bank in Pune City. As being IT hub Pune's Property Rates r r up only. Most Big Co. (I couldnt mention names) were/are interested to buy this Org or their Lands. Coz Co shown good growth in their Balance Sheet plus holding fabulous Assets. Using IPO funds for future growth & developments (Its mainly Expansions) They r having best Clients coz they r best wht they do. So I'de like Subscribe this IPO n will surely buy from market too. I personally suggest everyone should apply to Persistent, MCX & MMTC's IPO whenever they Opens. Thanx Prashant

Yes this is a good issue and you can apply. If you have surplus funds you can also invest in il&fs which is closing today.Apply for full applications (1 lac) if possible for better chance of allottment.
hi expert boarders, my family has 2 demat accounts, one in my single namae and second one with me as the first holder and my mother as the second holder. Can I apply from both accounts? Also is this issue good? This will be my first investment.
Dear Inder,That Is OK & with that info only I give my final subscription figure estimate beforehand. What BJ wants to know is whether category wise is available before 5 PM.It is not available before 5 PM & only cutoff is given with which we can estimate retail subscription. We can gather Institutional subscription also, but for category wise final figure of HNI & FII separately we will get only after final figures.
Dear YAMBARODA,You can immediately sell once the shares are credited. No problem.Hope you are right & for the sake of all Investors who had applied for the FPO,They make some profit.Regarding the price above 300 it will not be sustainable & will definitely go below 300.Only question is when.
Sadiq, retail is always better.HNI will subscribe heavily & your cost may come to 450-480.PRINCE,I have not yet come across GMP of persistent but I do think 150 is possible & also realistic since it is offered less than 12 PE for this FY09-10 & in single digit PE for next year.It is a unique company & is unlike any other software company & hence should be given higher discounting
