Whats the use of Land Bank if company is shifting its operations?
It will shift majority of operations to facility in Hyderabad since this one is located in SEZ.
Pune land bank is out of SEZ and if STPI law changes after 2011, its profits will be taxed.

Morever according to some of top level employees I know, they say PSL is coming out with IPO so that it becomes eligible for bidding contracts from companies which mandate a listed company as outsourcing partner.

I am not being NEGATIVE just sharing some info, please add light on this if you can ANYONE?

If you are a low risk taker , plz first go for ILFS becoz its fundamentally very good. If you can take high risk ,then u can apply for pradeep also becoz some listing gains are expected in this..but risk is high as its not strong fundamentally.
