I am not agree with your logic.

So,far as IPO market is concerns, Everybody has its own calculation & planning and If the IPO is good, smart investor will try to arrange fund from any source. (For Example Reliance Power issue's response at application time) I wiil be happy if you are correct on the logic that due to public's money stuck in other issue, this issue will get not proper response.

So you feel the Money blocked for DQ IPO will come to the account before the close of Persistent IPO ?
I have applied in DQ through HDFC sec, Retail ASBA category.
gem ipo finders and others, do you have any view on this?

I don't think Persistant would be heavily subscribed in Retail category.
Reasons:
1)Considerable amount of Money stuck in DQ.
2)Tons of Money stuck in ILFS.
3)Little money stuck in Pradip.

And the IMP point :for None of these IPOs refund would come before Persitant closes.

Intrasoft Technologies to Sell 3.7 Million Shares Through IPO

March 3 (Bloomberg) -- Intrasoft Technologies Ltd. plans to raise as much as 550 million rupees selling 3.7 million shares in an initial sale, Managing Director Arvind Kajaria said in an interview in Mumbai today.

There are three categories of shares “A”, “B” and “C”

“A” Categories includes those who think about investors and rewards to investors like Cox & King, Jubiliant Foods, Infinite Computers, ARSS Infra, Man Infra etc.

“B” Category shares are average neither they give profit nor loss i.e. Pipava Shipyard.

“C” Category shares are those who think about himself and loss only to investors. There main motto is to LOOT the investors. These shares includes i.e. NHPC, NTPC, NMDC, Emmbi Polyarns, Indiabulls Power, Reliance Power, Hathway Cable. Etc.

We can not take “C” category shares in “A” or “B’ category otherwise “A” Category and “B” Category shares will be insulted.

Thanks Gem. I was trying to interpret the behavior of the bidding members and managers. Looking at nse site only 3 issues since 2009 the issue price is not at the upper or lower extremes of price band. AQUA LOGISTICS,PIPAVAV SHIPYARD, MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS & RESORTS
