I suggest to completely avoid this IPO.
They have mentioned this: Mr. Bhumishth Patel, who is having a rich experience of more than 11 years in the pharmaceutical industry, has joined our company as a Non-Executive Director.
This guy was Director/Managing director of :
Earum Pharmaceuticals Limited---- IPO 36 rs now 2.5 rs
Evoq Remedies Limited-----IPO 27 rs now 14 rs
Svs Ventures Limited----IPO 20 rs now 11 rs
Every now and then they come in market raise money and all are trapped. Recent IPO of Dipna Pharma also in same business in quoting at 14 Rs versus ipo price or 38 Rs.
Also their borrowing suddenly increased to 617 lakhs which is strange. They just want to raise money from public and fill their subscription.
COMPLETE COMPLETE AVOID CANDIDATE.

The retail subscription is also not trustworthy as once more retailers will join the spam one will cancel application. 3 to 4 times promoters have raised money, made retailers suffer heavily and again they are back to raise money. In this case they are asking Hugh amount.

Except Chittorghar all other sites have written the correct P/E of 11.25

Mint, ET, ZeeBiz all have written 11.25 idk why @admin is writing wrong info.

I think Chhattisgarh P/Ei is correct.

Shares O/s 1.5 Crores + 61.80 Lakhs (Ipo issue)
Total = 2.118 crore shares

Annualised Profit = 1.4541/8 *12 = 2.18115
EPS (Annualised) = 2.18115/2.118 = 1.0298
.

P/E = 27 Price / EPS 1.0298 = 26.218

If the rule which I suggested is applied then this IPo will surely land up below 2/5 ratings and genuine ratings shouldnt be more than 20% of what we have now.
I am not against any LM or company but I am against anyone who is supporting ‘LOOT’ in open! So please stop advocating!!!! You can’t simply justify LOOT!

Please check the ratings of this IPO.
A bogus IPO with 4.4 average and hundreds of ratings. This means high probability of new fake registrations in your database.
Suggest you to restrict new users to rate for an IPO until they have spent atleast 1 week with 25 posts and 10 likes in total.
One more feedback: Please restrict users to like their own posts. This creates issue in creating fake reliability.

Group company Earum Pharma entered in to the market with Rs. 36 offer price, listed on 4-7-2019 at Rs. 36 (at par) and now trading at only Rs. 2.20. Another group company EVOQ Remedies came with IPO at Rs. 27 & Listed on 30-3-2022 at Rs. 25 (discount) and now trading at only Rs. 14.50 Hence both group companies are trading at a hefty discounts on their issue price currently.
• Company is spending 1.45 cr. for this IPO - In Other words IPO is fully managed before entering in the markets.

Quality of this LM is 0/10.
Out of 5-6 last IPOs, only 1 is trading above IPO price. Baaki sab 1/10 ho gaye. ₹100 ka maal mast ₹10 discount me.
Galti se bhi apply na karein. LM is the backbone of all the SME companies so read its past performance before applying.

I am not applying and will never apply in this LMs issues. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
