Anyone here working in AMC or DP? is there any compliances that says employee must have to take pre clearance to apply in any IPO and can''t sell shares 30 days prior.

This is a small size IPO of just 170 crores and there are no other IPO''s currently. So the subscription figures looks high

Very surprised at the investor interest for a company whose Chairman, MD, ED and CFO have just completed schooling and not even gone to a college. And they are in cutting edge defence and space technologies? Name changed from Paras Flowform Engineering to Paras Defence and Space in 2018. USA has few companies helmed by college drop-outs and India will have a company helmed by a school drop-out. Please enjoy the artificial grey premium while it lasts and don''t take long term positions on listing.

Not sure on what basis they are using this term "cutting edge defense and space technologies" are they really know the meaning of cutting edge technology?
Looking at the HNI subscription they are not even able to recover interest costs on the listing.
