IPOs are choking at SEBI. 52 IPOs pending as per latest page on website (27th September 2021). Only Paradeep Phosphate got SEBI clearance in latest round
It may mean that unless next week we see 6 8 clearance at a go then month of October may see only 5 6 issues from listing point of view
As it takes 11 working days to list from ROC clearance and October has multiple public holidays and bank holidays impacting some states

Devyani is also making nice consolidation. Keep a watch on it. It does not have much of a downside. More of upside possible, Of course, closely watch for results. I''m also betting big on GR Infra.

Name change does not make any material difference to the company. May give some sentiment in the market. Why this co is languishing since IPO when all alternate energy shares are performing extremely well in the market? Needs clarity on corporate governance issues

Jajo ICD was and is the main issue for this performance and only approx 740 cr is remaining which will be paid till 30 Sep and hoping after that things will come on track and also stake sale is going there ... full or partial both possible ..only positive ahead

Valuation wis market not justified,

How to submit form 15G ,to stop TDC deduction , with registrar level, can anyone explain please??? Via mail or post ???

If you have stock in the dematerialized form then you must have received an email regarding this in your email registered with your demat account. That email should contain all the details about the submission of 15G/15H forms.

TDS will be deducted only if you have dividend received for that stock in single financial year of amount more than INR 5000 and you may decide to submit 15G/15H forms only in that case if you wish to ask for exemption from TDS,

Hey I need urgent help. I am student. I purchased 75 share of RAILTEL months back.
I got mail from them about dividend of 1.2 RS per share and "Information Required on TDS (Form 15G/H, Form 10F)".
Since I have no income and I have never filed any tax form. what should I do ?
They are asking me to submit document at https://ris.kfintech.com/form15/forms.aspx?q=0 on or before 30 sept. PLEASE HELP ME. PLEASE GUIDE ME.

If I want to buy paras on listing day at what price limit should be put? Nd expected return in 2 years?

To me it does not seems good choice to buy at listing day for such highly subscribed IPO. Due to small size the GMP/Rush is there and it is not guaranteed that it will maintain price above listing price {IPO PRICE +GMP} post listing. There is also limitation that it can move max 5% above listing price and next few days.

Sorry bhai, par yaha aapka application lage na lage se kya matlab hai ?

@Poor Guy He means if you sold your application in Grey Market you will get 250 Rs. normally. But in case you sold your application with subject to clause you will get Rs. 17777 if allotment is received on your application and zero in case of no allotment.

On my bidding lien was marked but yesterday removal of lien recd. Money is intact. Any possible reason or is it tech snag. Any remedy. Pl advise

Something may be wrong with your application. So it got rejected.
