Looks like a trap for retailers

Neither QIB nor HNI participated in it

I was expecting at least 10 times subscription from HNI but only 3.28 is very very low for such an IPO

I dont think it will give a good returns

current GMP is 2.25 Rs only..IF the GMP goes beyond 4 Rs then only one can expect good return in this IPO

I have applied 6 applications in this IPO using cheque option
IF GMP does not cross 4 I will stop all my cheques and will wait ofr Innoventive

EVEN AFTER THE UNSUBS PORTION OF QIB IS ADDED TO RETAL- IT WILLL BE AROUND 6 TIMES . UNEXPECTED .

My my, read carefully.

Classic Diamond is saying that if retail is subscribed 1.67 times, it will end up with 1 time, due to excess QIB shares available. Therefore, if retail goes 9 times at close, it will actually end up with 5.4 times after QIB shares are alloted to retail.

retail applicants will get more shares than ther catagory oversubscription as qib portion is not fully subscribed, those shares will be spilled between retail and hni, more in retail than hni

The subscription for the said issue is 3.14 times at 4.30 pm at cutt off price. For confirm allotment one can apply 4 lots of the same.
