All seniors plz enlighten the fact that can we expect its allotment on the very next day? Will bigshare follow T+3 rule?

The Issue is closing on 30th Nov, IF we have the allotment next day and amount is released on 1st, funds should be available for Cello.

Experts please give your opinion so accordingly funds can be deployed.

This is super expensive IPO. 13 p/e is basis only 1 quarter extrapolation otherwise basis FY 23, its on 20 p/e.

Company does not have any meaningful backward integration and hence ebidta margin have wide fluctuations.

large portion of IPO is to manage WC, repayment debt, GCP, issue expenses etc. only ~9 cr of fresh capex.

GMP seems pretty good. So sell and apply or avoid.

Apply ipo with max probability of allotment, transsteel and cello is excellent.

Does anyone know whether this ipo will be under T+3 rule or T+6 rule ?? And why this information is not available at the time of application. We come to know only after 2 days of last day of application. Anyone having limited funds can plan accordingly if this information is given at the application stage. Now if this ipo is T+3 funds same funds can be used for Maitreya.

For that we have to wait december 1 2023 .
Up to then we have to wait and see their (company , bankers ,registers) combined decision

Surname interchanged for demat account name in comparison with linked bank account name will have any problem while processing of IPO allotments? Can any one please reply
