Not sure if someone noticed.. I was checking 10 year performance of the company as available on their website.. While the revenue gone up from 907 (2007-08) to 4,241.65 (2017-18), net profit increase by just from 101 to 259 in 10 year (Growth Rate is just 9.87).

May be good for listing gain, but may not be that good for long term..

Deccan and Altredz both the Company LM Pantamoth and H ..P.. Involved so after listing it performed well.
Surani and Ritco both are LM Pantamolh but not H... P involved. Both listing gain happened but sustain after 10 am
This company belongs to second category. LM Pantamoth and H... P... not involved.

DEAR SIR PLEASE KINDLY GUIDE US WHETHER IN THIS TYPE OF SCENARIO ARE U WIILING TO TAKE RISK FOR SUSCRIBING PAR OR CIAN ???

Some Positives .....
1. A Gujarat based company.

2. LM is Pantomath Capital which has very good track record.

3. Product portfolio compromises 12 API ( Active Pharma Ingredients ) and 6 fine Chemicals.


4. Customers are spread in India as well as 15 other countries like Germany, Iran, Bangladesh,UK, UAE etc.

5 .Big Pharma companies like Dabur, Cadilla , Cipla, Pfizer, Meyer etc are among key customers of the company.

6. More than 1 crore revenue generated from Export in FY 2017-18 i.e 2.5% of it's total revenue.

7. In India, Company operates with about 40 dealers located in Gujarat, Himachal, Punjab , Uttarakhand, WB, Maharashtra, Delhi.

8. Company's EPS @ more than5.5 and PE about 9, I think, it will definitely give markable listing gain, so I will apply with full force.

9 . But if you don't want to take risk, can wait and watch subscription figure upto 1 PM ON third day . If HNI Crosses 4 times than must apply.

One more thing, Exit poll may also help in listing because it will give positive indication to market ( Return of NDA 2 )

Since the sige is small hence allotment will be difficult. Only lucky guy will be beneficiated.

2. Fundamentally strong. Its book value is 65. Price to book is below one time.
Its clients are reputed companies like cipla, cadila, pfizer, etc.
3. Small issue 8 Cr.
4. Pharma Company belongs to Gujarat.
5. It list before exit polls comes.
