Can someone explain with an example how rights allotment works for shareholders when the applicant applies for extra shares in an oversubscribed rights issue. Extra allotment of shares depends on which factor: original rights or no. of extra shares applied or something else ....

Negative Points
1) Post PE as per Chittorgarh is 29.24 assuming 120 Premium same will be 70 who will buy at 70PE
2) Dilp sir says avoid
3) Premium which is rocketed high can come back also
4) Financials dont justify the present High valuation

Positive
1) Premium is high presently

Reminds me of Flair writing. GMP got pushed up from 100 to 180 just a day before listing. ended up listing on 500 and now trading below it's IPO price. ; )

Applying FF split between PURV & OWAISH 50:50

Pref :
1. Exicom
2. Platinum
3. Owais
4. Purv

(SME money, I will equally distribute between Owaish & Purv)

I have decided to put 75% SME funds in Owaish & 25% in Purv for the following reasons :

1. Purv has already subscribed 46 times in HNI & 96 times in retail on Day 1 itself. Looking at the fancy created by the LM Holani, it appears almost impossible to get an allotment here.
2. Owaish is subscribed only 37 times in HNI and only 78 times in retail on day 2. Further, due to Purv's fancy most of the funds will go to Purv in next two days. Owaish has only one day left, and most of the funds are already parked in Sadhav, or reserved for Purv/ Exicom/ Platinum. Therefore this will be relatively easy to secure and allotment in Owais.
3. GMP of Purv is 175% vs 140% of Owais. Undercurrent in owais is even better than Purv whose GMP is standing at the same place for last two three days.

This can be a dark horse.

Those who were complaining about the promotions will be applying or not?

ye kya hai? Why did GMP shoot up suddenly? looks fake as hell. subscription ke liye logon ka kaata jaa raha.

No volumes / Fake Gmp ...will correct drastically.

Why low subscription inspite of Good GMP

My own copy paste
Upcoming Four Good IPOs clash with each other. My preference (with reasons) is as under (Please correct me/ advise, if someone has different view):

1. Exicom : Positives: Largest among the lot, Mainboard, reasonable chance of allotment compared to others, Fancy sector, Good and consistently growing GMP.
Negatives : Average financials
2. Platinum : Positives: Mainboard, After Exicom, reasonable chance of allotment compared to SME, Good and consistently growing GMP, Good financials
Negatives : Small size for a mainboard IPO (difficult to get an allotment), still better than SME
3. Owais SME: Positives: Excellent tract record of LM, Good balance sheet (The Company expected to do a net profit of 10.5 crores in the year, asking market cap of 158 crores, can easily list more than double), Good future growth prospects, Bumper and continuously increasing GMP, Lesser fancy than “Purv” SME making it comparatively easy to get allotment. The refund of this issue can be used in Bharat Highways INVIT trust.
Negatives: Its GMP is less compared to “Purv”
4. Purv SME : Positives: Excellent tract record of LM, The Co is a holding Co of earlier Listed SME Cool Caps (which gave bumper returns to the investors), Fancy and cosnsistently increasing GMP.
Negatives : The refund of this issue can not be used in Bharat Highways INVIT trust. Fancy created by Holani LM will make it difficult to get allotment. Average Financials and growth prospects.

Actually there is a tie between pref 3 & 4, One can choose as per his/ her investment goals. I am willing to apply in Bharat Invit, therefore I have made this preference.

As of now, I have no plans to apply in sadhav (reasons separately mentioned in sadhav IPO board).

1. GMP drastic high jump in last minute during the IPO window.
2. Newbie comments in this IPO page suggesting to subscribe and praising company.

Suddenly the the GMP is jumping from 17 to 70 to 84. Usually I donot go only on the basis of only GMP(due to some bad experiences in the past). @Tejas Pandya @GrayIsTheNewBlack or any other leaders of this forum, ANY IDEA about this company? Since DD sir has given an AVOID
