Could someone (later ofcourse.... when the issue is closed since currently every1 would be pressed for time) please explain what this selling and buying means....is it like what people do in grey market through their brokers...
More specifically.... what is this shorting of IPO shares and how is it done.

All these comments have piqued my curiosity.... so wanna know for my understanding & knowledge.

I said, I tried to sell at 120 but not buyer at this rate and now they asking to buy at 100.

I tried with all local brokers. I wish I could share screenshot.

Price can be differ in different city. I am ready to sell at 120 but no one is ready to buy at this rate.

Ajeeb hai. Itne log bechne ko taiyar hain 100-120 pe aur jo yahan company ka gungaan kar rahe hain, wo log lene ko taiyar nahi. aise fraud pe SEBI ki nazar pad gai to achche SME IPOs ke gmp ki waat lag jaegi

Subject to reservation of funds for mainboards, I am applying with full force for the reasons already explained. I will apply most of the funds here and name sake applications in ‘Purv’. Purv is also good, but here, allotment chances are real. Strong, consistently increasing buyer is always ready.

If this company / sector / promoter is that much good than DD SIR (AVOID) rating is questionable.
No more trust on his rating in future, if this IPO lists Double or more.

In bull market garbage can give better return than fundamental sound companies. Everyone may give analysis based on different parameters including downside risk etc.
So no question on Davda sir rating.
But everyone is free to take call as per his/her risk appetite. If you are just looking for listing gain then may be just focus on GMP with risk than very few listing also surprise on listing.

So for a avoid rating, If I guide to sell n apply (s2) or sell on listing at such high premium, what wrong thing am I suggesting to members ?

I never said, its premium will go down to 40.

I clearly told, when I tried to sell even 2 lots at 120 .....no broker wants to buy from me.

Now here some guys like MAHAVIR AND MUS FUS ji..........talks blah blah blah.......I am challenging them to buy 100 lot from me at 120

Dekh lete hai, kisme kitna dham hai.

Even they don't have conviction that this premium going to stand till listing.

If not.........than Hoshiyaari dikhana bandh kar do. I am not saying not to apply. I am selling sell in s2 or sell on listing. Its not worth to hold this script for long term.
Better book profit, if you get allotment. Stop misguiding people.

लगता है कुछ बड़े लोगों ने माल नीचे के भाव में शार्ट कर दिया है और उनकी खाट खड़ी हो गयी है और अब शेयर किसी भी भाव में मिल नहीं रहा

पहली बार ऐसा देख रहा हूँ
पहले कुछ मेंबर्स घनघोर फ़र्ज़ी प्रमोशन की पोस्ट डाल रहे थे तब लगा की कंपनी फ़र्ज़ी है जनता को उल्लू बना रहे है

अब इसका उलटा हो रहा है , GMP धुआंधार बढ़ रहा है 130 तक buyer ही buyer है बाजार में और सेलर चस्मा लगा कर ढूंढने से भी नहीं मिल रहा, लेकिन कुछ मेंबर्स कंपनी की फ़र्ज़ी ताबडतोड बुराई में लगे है . ऐसा लगता है की माल शार्ट हो गया है एंव कुछ बड़े लोग किसी भी हाल में इस इशू को कम भरवाना चाहते है.

सबको पता है की ऑनलाइन फोरम पे खरीद बेच संभव नहीं है इसलिए कुछ लोग दस लोट बेच दूंगा, सौ लोट बेच दूंगा कोई लेवाली नहीं है का फर्जीवाड़ा कर रहे है

मुझे लगता है की इस इशू में सब लोग अपना काम धंधा भूख प्यास नींद आराम सब छोड़ छाड़ के आनन फ़ानन में नहा धो कर तबाड़तोड़ टूट पडो आंधी तूफ़ान की तरह , घनघोर तरीके से दबा के रिकॉर्डतोड़ अप्लाई करो, एक भी अलॉटमेंट आ गया तो लाखों का मुनाफा कूटो.

Humble request: For godsake, For your fun or other intentions, don't misguide general public. Even a person like me who hardly trades in one lot has a buyer of 130/ GMP.

Applying or not applying is a personal choice, but we should not report incorrect facts or misguide people. You and me have every right to be incorrect, but intention should be good. Please don't claim there is no buyer etc.

I would wait for QIB subscription for final conclusion. Fundamentally, this is not a good stock, but then so far only one SME IPO has listed negatively in current year; most of the IPOs (with bad fundamentals too) have given decent profits.

High risk taker can try to apply here, also be prepared if this list with decent GMP and lower circuit (you cannot exit then for some days and GMP can wipe off in those days).
