Pre-ipo fund raising was @ Rs 52.5 per share
Good cash flow in 2 out of 3 previous years.
In 22-23 operating leverage has kicked in with revenue going up by 30% but PAT going up by 80%
Company has unsecured loan of Rs 4.72 cr from banks at RoI ranging from 15% to 17% whereas it has car loan @ 9.3%. Wonder why it is borrowing at high rates via unsecured loans when it can easily get secured loans at much lower rate.
YoY, interest expense has jumped, presumably due to increase in unsecured loans
YoY service revenue has dropped which could be a future improvement area as generally service segment carries higher margins
Company has Rs 15 lacs of foreign exchange loss and Rs 35 lacs as interest on statutory dues. Hope these are 1 time issue which will not repeat.
YoY professional charges have jumped from Rs 6 lacs to Rs 136.52 lacs, reasons unknown
Based on working capital projections, expected revenue for 23-24 is Rs 228 cr, an almost 100% jump from 22-23

Ultimately all of the above could be irrelevant. As of now this looks like a blockbuster IPO

Shares is subject to the approval of the shareholders in General meeting and other

applicable statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be required. 'Record Date' for

determining eligible Shareholders entitled to receive bonus shares shall be

September 13, 2023.

Someone was saying that the minimum time period for issuing Bonus ( from ipo date to announcement) is 6 months , but today here Infinium Board have approved Bonus shares. It may be possible that Bonus shares will be credited after completion of the time period.

For SME IPOs, is there a distinction between small and big HNI?

Only HNi and retail in sme...no bhni and shni... applying one lot than you are retail. Applying more than one lot than you are hni..hope it clears.

No, there is no distinction between SHNI and BHNI in SME IPO..

my allotment chances in vinsys are ~3.5% (<5% as expected).
vs oriana ~2%

Vinsys has much better chances of allotment than Oriana, but "RELATIVELY".
anything less than 5% is pure gamble on luck.
So, I think applying in ORIANA was better than VINSYS with respect to their ongoing premium and news.

(please don't take this as a challenge on your opinion, I am just putting my thoughts for discussion and fully respect your advice.)

BTW, did you apply in vinsys/oriana or both?

I'm a simple person, don't understand percentages.
Taking example of HNI, if I have applied 2 lots in Oriana and 2 lots in Vinsys.
My chances in Oriana : 1 out of 125
My Chances in Vinsys : 1 out of 53.
It's upto you, if you think, 1 out 53 is not little better than 1 out of 125. 🙏🏻

In one of our family accounts, i never get allottment even for hni apps. Is this just a conicidence, or could there be some problem like :- name in 'bank account has only initials e.g. 'S G Gupta' vs name in PAN card is full 'e.g. Sudhesh G Gupta'. Pls advise.

To clear this doubt try applying in low subscribed IPO. But best is change the bank account name as per the PAN.

Name in pan card, in bank and in demat has no effect on allotment. Most registrar check only if 1 PAN has 1 application and allotment is done on PAN.

The facility to apply third party application is withdrawn, As per the new rules the PAN number of the primary account holder in the bank account and demat account should be the same for valid IPO applications.

Still few banks allow it and registar has authority to reject such third-party applications and yes they have all the data. Whether they check it or not, registar can only confirm
