@CLD,

ONGC will go ex-bonus and ex-split from 8th feb. so you can buy it at around 280-290 on that day. May be high/low depends on the next 2-3 days share price movement.

Will any one tell on what date ONGC is going to trade at one forth of its value. Is it on 8th Feb. when it goes Ex-bonus & Ex-split or on 9th Feb. which has been declared as record date.

In SBI, it is an usual way that it will first release the lien and then nearly after 1/2 day only they will debit the account with such amount...

It is an usual method followied in state bank, for every allotment....

So if you got the conformation from registrar you can go and sell it...

I was confused about allotment. Got mail from linkin that shares allotted, but SBI made my lien free (no debit) so i was in doubt regarding who is telling lie and finally SBI debited my a/c. Anyhow today sold my all shares @ 628.
