I am not trading intraday in stocks nowa'days. However today i traded in RCOM put of 100. I bought 1 lot at .80paise and sold it at 1.25rs. Earning (1.25-.8)*2000=900rs. i had already adviced for this trade on friday. RCOM will go down below 100 in coming days. 14feb is result date and result will be far below expectation. apart from this, today DOT sent a notice to RCOM for voilating some norms. Hence there is no good news for this company, only bad news. I also bought nifty 5500 put at 161 and sold at 174. For delivery, i bought just 100 shares of DCB at closing price. May be, i will sell them tomorrow in the morning session.
now, i will concentrate on ONGC 250 March put. FPO is expected and also there will be some pressure on this stock now.
@Anil g Im paying 0.4% brokerage [delivery] to sharekhan. Their service, trading terminal n everything is very good.. But the brokerage is high. I found 'zerodha' when searching for low cost brokers. They charge flat Rs 20 per trade regardless of the trade size. And there is no prepaid brokerage too. As u trade in F&O it is the best plan you can get. They even have an alternate plan of 0.1% brokerage [delivery] & 0.01% [intraday] which i have applied for as i trade only in equities.
I like to know if anyone have account with Sharekhan? If yes, then please let me know what brokerage they are paying?
I have account with Sharekhan and I am trading in F&O, But I noticed that, sharekhan is charging 2.5% of the premium as brokerage. which is very high. Other brokers (ex. relience money) are changing only 75rs per contract for Future and option, irrespective of the premium amount. If I trade with sharekhan account, and suppose the premium amount (turnover) is 2 lakh, then I have to pay 5000 rs as brokerage to sharekhan; where as if I trade from other broker's account i have to pay only 150 rs towards brokerage (without paying any advance brokerage). I don't understand, why there is hough difference in brokerage between Sharekhan and other broker.
Can't say. But since there is no other ipo in sight. It may do well. Not much discussion is happening in this board. Only ajayindian, SKDash are giving opinions. Senior members chemcho, natarajan, sreedhar, gane, please give your inputs on Omkar.
