We would recommend Investors to “Subscribe” to Omaxe issue which is one of the leading property developers along with established execution capabilities and brand image. Omaxe is available at the price band of Rs 265-310, which is at P/E Multiple of 17-20x based on its FY07 EPS of Rs 14.9. Though, on the face of it Omaxe’s issue pricing seems aggressive, but at the same time it does not capture the potential upside from the conceptualize commercial real estate business model & concept living like of the “Nile” and the “Forest” projects.

This is going to subscribe heavily..Dont block your money in such IPO..30*100=3000 but 300*20=6000 you can understand what I mean to say..

Latest Grey market premium at 6pm for omaxe is 120-130 rs,Real estate company are in up trend,see DLF,Unitech,Sobha.
Do not miss this ipo, tomorrow is the last day. Definitely it Retail will go up to 70 times.

All issues are getting very heavy response on last day , this will also heavily subscribed, hence keep your money saved for central bank ipo, atleast you have some chance of allotement.do not invest in small issues

Moreover the chances of getting the allotment is very, very thin.
As tomorrow is the last day i feel the retail part to get subscribed at least 3 Times!!!
So no point in blocking the money for 3 weeks.
