@sbipo: i didn't got allotted here and mostly i already knew since i didn't had money left so applied with only 25 lots, and there were few people applied with that number so may be i didn't even went into lottery.....11-13 people were needed atleast to go even into lottery to get 1 lot for 1 applicant with 25 lot application....

@Lokes - In such kind of subscription luck counts and I believe it favors each one of us at some point of time. I got one lot out of only 2 lot application which I just pushed thinking SME are risky and it is highly subscribed so try once if got then will have hope for profit and if not allotted then also it is OK as I was not in SME play. All the best to all those got allotted and also to those not allotted for future prospect and luck.
PS. I am not feeling good in writing this to leaders like you who know much much more, could not restrain just coz got hit in my first SME attempt.

@K.Atar, First of all lemme tell u,I don't work without s.l. in stock markets, secondly I don't trade without T.A,third, I treat SME ipo at par with stocj futures, fourth I never buy in pre open unless extremely strong fundamentals like Prevest and lastly I know my risk and how much I wanna offer to Lord Markets in a trade,so if bought and alloted, I always use s.l. appropriately and 25% is my s.l. in worst case, Thanks
The miserable post listing performance of Agni and V fashion .. showing the reality of sme ipos.. there were no strong fundamentals and no gr8 future prospects... all were just over hyped and fake buzz created. Those who bought in preopen become scapegoat... And lucky were those who got allotment and booked profit. Buying in preopen and making money in sme.... Is a hard nut to crack. One should b cautious in future while paying extra 1 lakh just because of FOMO. You might got trapped badly and there is no word like 'mercy' in a dictionary of stock market.
Yes... only few are lucky who gets in ipo allotment that too in reasanobly good IPOs, if not best or better. Any attempt in pre-open purchase may result as disaster in SMEs except if those are exceptionally good like KN agri or Prevest Denpro etc. According to me, Agni is in its way to find true value (Least fundamentals) Veekayem is actually not that bad but due to over hype it is already listed at high. Only point here is, if the company is fundamentally sound (because of conviction), we can continue to hold even with loss with the hope of recovery, but if it is just trading stock, holding is very risky in SMEs..
@ investing for better tomorrow.. Noting hurts me becasue I didn't buy nither agni or not fashion.... Msg was just for alert purpose.. many people had burn there fingers in those listing.. @ Sbipo.. I sold jayant at 200 level... And no regreat.. becasue in sme we can't predict the next move.. you never knw when the reverse gear will come into picture :) I made a good money and happy with it. I would ask you to look through discussion in SME IPO Fidel Infotech, 352.55.
@ aspirant .. well analysis and straight to point.
@noorul ya agree with u.... People end up buying in FOMO and then regreat it after wards...... A decent listing gain and then showing movement upward is the best listing scenario..... Usa seeds may have showed some weakness but I tjink it's a perfect listing ..... A bit for those who got it into allotment and room for those who purchased it in pre listing.... ( Biasnees can always be there as I have never got any ipo allotment except healthy life)
I feel following two should be avoided, unless one is sure fundamentals of a company, (very rare in SME)
1. Greed to hold highly listed profitable IPOs with hope of them becoming multibagger.
2. Holding highly bad listed discounted IPOs with hope that they will recover to listing price if not gain.
Money is always limited and is to be used wisely and intelligently...

@ Noorul, this post coming from you, such a mature investor, is a real surprise. There will be hits and misses in stock market. Nobody knows it better than you. And as @Anantagg once said, if you could have 60% or more hits, you should be happy. Agni went up to 30 after listing on 25. Some people who bought in preopen must have made good money there also. Moreover it's on 20% UC today. Cheer up, Noorul bhai. We want you in your original happy mood. BTW, It's all friendly comment out of genuine respect for you. Hope you won't mind.
@ trueinfo.. Nothing to mind here . I am always open for healthy discussion.. but I think here you didn't get my point.. what I was trying to say... All those who had bought in preopen mostly r in losses .. considering volume. Most of the times Agni remains under 25rs. Folks are paying extra 1.5 lakh without giving a single look at fundamentals.. Those who bought V fashion in preopen now having a sleep less nights .
It's not easy to sit in operators lap and running on upper circuit . I bought kn agri in preopen paid extra 1.25 lakh and still made extra 1 lakh on it ... Only reason because company is having strong financial... But those days are gone... Now Sme euphoria is soo high.. fundamentals and valuation taken the back seat .. otherwise of the coin ... This things are blessing for alloted members.
I have already decided not to buy any SME in preopen or on listing, if listing with a huge premium. Atleast in current scenario the greed to expect an already 1.5x/2x listed share to become a multibegger should be controlled, off course unless you are too sure. It applied both - buyers after listing and allottees expecting even higher gains.

@ Sbipo.. What Noorul said at message no 141.8 is correct (you should read it again and the previous discussion that we had in the past) because he can't be active on each ipo pages to avare us about timely entry and exit of IPOs. Greed should have it's limit.
See many retailers wants to join the SME Euphoria without realising it's danger and what it does to wealth. Many people are stuck in recent SMEs.
