Forget about DD' s review. It's about allotment? Can you get it? Listing gain is sure if you get allotment.

Dear All experts....can u answer this two queries plz....(1) what is maximum amount we can apply in HNI CATEGORY? How many lakhs maximum? is ther any limit Amount cutt-off? (2) SBI allows Total 5 application from one account via ASBA....ru we sure Register wil not reject application bcoz of same one account? Some ppl says to apply,& some ppl says to avoid ( they says to apply with individual accounts...what is truth & right procedure plz? Thank for ur support & assistance...

About sbi...!! apply with sbi yono lite application in 5 account. aaj tak to mast chal raha he lekin gaurantee koi nahi... bich me ek ipo aya tha me naam bhul gaya lekin usme jitne logo ne sbi se 1 2 3 4 5 jitne apply kiye the sab reject hua tha... ab sbi pe case karo to rs. mile varna ram ram....

Almost every bank one after one slowly giving up with Third Party ASBA provision, in very recent days even Third party ASBA applied through RBL bank has got a rejection note on this (experienced by @Lokes)

Coming to the SBI, this bank itself is not clear on their stand, they actually stopped this third party ASBA from LIC IPO onwards in net banking, but their Yono Light app still allowing and some people reported that they are getting allotted in Third Party.

But, it is still doubtful that, even a banker allowing the applications, registrar has enough valid reason to reject the application (SEBI guideline), and if the application is over subscribed, registrar MAY not consider all third party applications, if any under-subscribed or at par subscriptions, there might be some ample chance for considering this Third party ASBA..

Hence, everybody shall first fill the applications with own bank accounts (with individually UPI or ASBA), and still fund is available, they can subscribe for Yono Light Third party ASBA lottery tickets...

With limited funds, looks to be chasing mirage. Subscription will probably touch highest ever. Better option may be to utilize funds in Syrma.

i dont think firm allotment will be there even for full hni application

Max application by anyone in hni category will be 656000 shares means 177.12 lakh rs, means total issue size minus market maker portion which is 11.88lakh rs here.
And allocation will depend on final subscriptions in hni, same as usual, no firm allotted to full applicants in hni if subscription is more than 164 times.

Looking at these subscribtion figures SEBI should atleast half the lot sizes in Sme for betterment of all

Went through your recommendation and found the following discrepancies -
1. In peer analysis you have mentioned names of Page Industries and Monte Carlo, which are not the peer companies.
2. The PE of Megasoft Limited is not correct.
3. This is not the 12th IPO of the Merchant Banker.

There are people who follow your recommendation and would be misguided from your wrong factual information.
So, please take some time to write a recommendation with correct facts and figures.

Dont do copy paste again in any ipo.
