​@Abshar Ahmad  For applying in IPOs, all you need is active DEMAT account and a Bank Account where credentials (PAN) matches.
Phone number, Address, E-mail could be anything - does not matter.
Even if phone/email registered in DEMAT is different from phone/email in Bank, you are all good as far as applying in IPOs is concerned.
You may use Bank ASBA (preferable mode as it is hassle free) or UPI mode.

Yes, RBL allows to apply IPO from minor account. I have opened demat in Prostocks and using RBL Asba to apply IPO for minor. I was allocated only once in 2 years in the minor account, so application is working fine.
