2) The Economic Times article says, that attrition rate is too high - 50%.. Almost half the staff leaves the job each year.
3) Top management or even CXO leave from job too early.
4) The warranty claims for battery or scooter are yet to come. With a cost.
5) Bajaj, TVS & Hero have deep pockets, ready network and long trust.
6) The current valuation is below last round 7) A driver may wish to go fast, he could. But when if he is driving passengers, he has to drive reasonably.

How is bHNI category allotment is calculated if it is oversubscribed shares-wise between 1x to 5x? Is it not directly divided by the subscription num for all lots categories from 68lots and more?
@sdz As per my exp in Bhni category, allotment is done by 1shni lot + extra. e.g. if an ipo is over subscribed 5 times , we may get shares worth 1shni lot i.e. Rs 2 lacs.
in ths case it was over sub by 2.75 times, so wat my calculation is that 2.75/5 ...5 means 5 lots of shni so its 0.55... so 1-0.55=0.45.......0.45*13260= 5967 approx......here we got 5857....so as per lot size , its adjusted.
