@ Ravi, someone do it first and at the end reports floats around and we get same reports by different brokers. I have had almost 10 reports by various brokers on career point and didn't got any share! Now what should I do with such reports? For easy access I visit moneycontrol, sp tulsian, chittorgarh and 1st choice. I get reports from angel and sharekhan as I'm a/c holder. rests are available on various sites and google search. By those reports I make my own analysis. :)

Yaar one anonymous told price band is 120 so I was like wow price band is good. I read Prassana's report on firstchoice about coming with good price else avoid. And this years all ipos of infra bombed so I said infra ipos bombed. It was a momentry reply to a fake ipo band without any study. Sorry.

P/E is not right way for real-estate companies. They need to buy land, develop & then sell. Not like construction companies like they build road, dam & hand-over & collect full payments.

This is bull market. Promoters rising money because of bull market euphoria. On P/E basis, it is steal. Operators can give a target of around Rs.800.

any reviews on this one pleasE?? this issue is looking good and reasonably priced as well. But at the end its a realty word that i am afraid of
