99 % chances of full allotment and it can go 20% discount easily on listing
which can erase 20k rs from 1 lac application stay away to protect ur money If u r bullish on relaty then buy india bull realty and Unitech from secondary market
182 Anonymous post under your own name first thing .In IPO the beautiful thing you can withdraw your application by writing to registrar if u think u have committed a mistake.
So dont worry be happy.Its really rare on part of HDFC SEC to recommend an IPO but they have done so incase of OBeroi
Dear Saharanpuriji, I normally take decisions on extensive reading but somehow this time i applied for full application on day 1 as HDFC which rarely gives subscribe to any IPO has given it . Now I am in dilemma my mind tells me that since all fundamentals are good i should go ahead with it.As far as QIBs are concerned VATech on day 2 was subscribed 1.1 times only on day 3 it was 36 times subscribed. Now i am little shaky i mean after seeing the market close a little low. Kindly advise what do you feel about markets closing quite low. Is it short term or a very big correction is expected.

So apply in oberoi for long term.....6 months to 1 year......

Personally I am staying away from both Oberoi Reality and BS Transcomm. Oberoi Reality although has positive for being debt free company but i dont like the sctor and its IPO as one can never evaluate share price of real estate companies. Its better to take a call after listing. Anway there has been no good performnace on listing day for all real estate ipo in recent times. even godrej ipo was not available at such high premium. It can give max 10% upside in very good market but downside risk is higher. I would avoid it.
BS Transcomm although sector is good have huge debt in its book for which it is coming with Ipo.
NSE site के हिसाब से QIB में 2.47 times ही subscribe हुआ है ... इसलिए retailer के लिए risky लग रहा है .... इस आईपीओ में फयादा के बजाय घाटे की संभावना ज्यदा लग रही है .
