This raises the question on the method of even awarding the star ratings by rating agencies when the price band is not even declared by the companies. companies demand extra high premium and declare price band only after getting stars ratings and observing the latest market conditions. Then what is logic of rating.ALL FIRMS MUST BE RATED BY RATING AGENCIES ONLY IF THE FIRMS IPO PRICE BAND IS DECLARED PRIOR TO THEIR BEING RATED.OTHERWISE FIRMS IN COORDINATION WITH GOVT/PVT AGENCIES ARE FREE TO CHEAT THE INVESTORS OPENLY. INVESTORS ARE DELIBERATELY KEPT IN DARK

All IPO should be avoided by retail than and than sebi will wake up and put a control on pricing of this IPO. We must not apply even for Coal India if pricing is not very reasonable and nothing has been left on table for retail investor.
