Grading is not a comment on the relative valuations. It is just a opinter on relative fundamentals. So, price is nowhere a consideration in IPO Grading. More precisely, the Balance Sheet gets greater focus than the P&L.
However, I am not saying that Grading is flawless.

Respose is very poor both for Oberoi and BS Trans. I hav applied in Oberoi but cancelled. Today also all 3 cos got listed at discount.

If you have applied today itself then keep on checking till 3.00
