hey all this is jagdish.i have been watching this site and all the comments which ur sj gives.i beileve he is making fools to people by giving wrong advise.have u all remember what mr tulsian said about jubilant food,cox and kings.he said no to this ipo and advised to subscribe to shree ganesh jwellary etc.he again said no to this ipo,thats i have made full application of 1lakh. I have appllied in it based on the brand value that oberoi has in mumbai.further it is debt free co.though not totally.further look back in the past were co like db corporation etc have taken money repay its debt.how mr.tulsian said db realty is giving better value i dont understood.i wish all retailers who dared in appling in this

Do not sell oberoi reality even if you get double. It is a sure shot 1000+ stock within a year. The difference between other companies and oberoi is high CAGR and high margin, because of zero debt. Thanks to poor listing of some companies and self proclaimed experts like SJ, few intelligent investors will make money. Srinivas
This IPO will give the best of the year because 100% allotment and 100% appreciation on ipo price. Find out how many debt free companies are there in reality sector. This company has grown 60 % CAGR and 54% margin. In 3 years, it will cross 1000 mark. Just watch.
In case anyone applied at the lower price band and not at cut-off, and since for this issue the retail portion is not fully subscribed out of the reserved portion, will he be getting any shares at lower price band? considering the fact that issues is subscribed in categories fully at cut-off ?

This issue will make everyone cry who did not apply for it. I am not favouring this issue but thats a fact that RETAIL MISSED A LUXURY COACH AND ON LISTING WOULD FEEL THE PUNCH LISTING ABOVE 300 IS CONFIRM AND IS GOING TO TOUCH 350 WITHIN WEEKS TIME OR BEFORE.

Todays Business Line carries a news that FIIs have started looking for listing gains in IPOs and sell heavily in the first 5 minutes of trading on the listing day. This they have done in Orient Green Power,, Indosolar, Microsec, Tirupati inks and Gujarat Pipavav. If this is going to continue more and more, the notion that there wont be selling pressure in IPOs subscribed moderately by FIIs may have to be reviewed.
