Will it List Gain or Loss.

I'm unable to understand how Oberoi decide to fix the issue price on the higher end i.e. Rs 260, when retail is subscribed 0.94 times. I was under impression that each category must be fully subscribed for company to go beyond lowest price in price discovery. Experts, please guide. -Chets

for those who think this will list with good gains think again. compare the subscription figures with that of ashoka. ashoka was beeter subscribed in all 3 categories than oberoi. also oberoi size is huge compared to ashoka. hni's have not participated as they have in others. maybe good for long term as no debt, but they don't have any landbank apart from their ongoing projects.

when is allotment and listing expected

Only in reality boom it will be listed in premium only for sure...
