When is the listing date?

Though reatil participation is less than 1 times and seems quality investors after understanding the perception of realty sector have applied. QIBs are approximately 20 times subscribed. Hope listing would be higher.

it will go below issue price on day 1.

Lauday kay Asoka may qibs 26 times tha voi 10 rs. Discount may hi, Eros may qibs 60 times tha woh apnay rate pay hi qibs ullo kay liya hi.

USD 3 Bn ( 13577 cr) from QIBs put together.
Unfortunately retail behaves in heard mentality and only truly knowledgeable investors applied.
please wait for 100% gains in 6 months.
See what has happened to the ipos where QIB investor demand was 20 times or more! ( career point, VA Tech etc)

Fundamentally this company is strong. HNI & Retail participation r low, but QIB is more than 22 times. May be the retailers will sell the stock in panic or they want to use this money to some other IPO (may be for Coal India).
So, instead of going for listing gain, shall we wait for some more time to get the profit.

it would be better than prestige. hope the hopes of retail investers confidence on this ipo can alive event with probable onslaught of Coal india ltd ipo!
