Hello friends, being retail investor i also got allotment as retail participation was less than 1x..i believe that today companies having crores of debt on the balance sheet compared to that hr is the company wid 0 debt...so entire amount would b utilized for development instead of using the funds to reduce the debt...i would expect reasonable returns on listing day with little more gains on few months horizon...all d best to all who hav invested in this...happy investing ...n yes...pls dont go by msgs saying sell...bcoz they mit b regretting having not invested and want to buy at lower end...so use ur mind...all d best...sory no hardfeeling 4 any1...

Oberoi reality ko ab koi nahi bacha sakta. isko aundhe mooh girna hai tuesday ko.

jab itne chotte issue sirf 200 croe ke eros,techpro,ashoka jo qib mein oberoi se jyada subscribe hue hai woh apne issue price se neecha aa rhaen hai toh yeh toh reality aur upar se 1050 crore ka isseu hai.
reatilers aur hni opening mein heavy selling karenge aur yeh stock 175 rs par aa jayega jinko mauka mile aur opening par 230 -50 ke beech agar mauka milo toh nikal jayo warna dlf,parsvnath,sobha developer jaise jo long term mein atak gaye hain wohi haal hoga.

save urself and exit on opening. pehle hi chaitavni de raha hoon warna baad mein rona padega
