Can I apply multiple bidding in NYKAA through SBI ASBA?

I mean through different pan cards

1 sbi bank se 1 ipo me 5 alag alag admi me apply kar sakte ho.

On one hand we have undervalued IPO like Paras on the other we have Cartrade, Zomato, Nykaa.
Initially I was planning to apply blindly but now thinking. 53000 crore valuation for a business that generates 35 crore profit?

It''s not 35 crore even, it''s 35 million, means merely 3.5 crores!!
Please correct if I am mistaken some where.🙄

Line another person pointed out. Valuations are in crores and I assumed results also in crores whereas it is in millions. Which big corporate gives results in millions? Usually SME ipo do that.

IPO price looks like very high for a loss making company

Nykaa broke even this year and made profits (meagre as it may). But I agree, this issue is very, very expensive. Should have been 800-850.

If Issue Size, OFS Size, Valuation all are in crores then why results are in millions.

This creates confusion in reading results.

This double standard of crores and million should be avoided.

there should be same standard for all financial reports and non financial reports too.

and in india we are use to Lacs, crores ... but now due to Valuation calculated in Million and Billion and that too in Dollar... dont know why not simply use Rupees in valuation :)

Till 22.09.21 I holded chemplast sanmar and sold 27 shares at 551 after I got 1 allotment, same day it rose like anything. Now see the rate. Anyway I will follow experts opinion. Please ignore mine.

Exited Chemplast at 805 completely. Got handsome profits.

Nykaa is also a profitable company, a feat that only a handful of venture capital-funded start-ups have achieved to date.

The online retailer posted a net profit of Rs 62 crore in FY21 compared to a loss of Rs 16.3 crore in FY20.

Nykaa’s total income stood at Rs 2,452.6 crore in FY21, a 37.9% growth from Rs 1,777.8 crore in FY20.

Its expenses stood at Rs 2,377.2 crore in FY21, a 32.7% increase from Rs 1,790.2 crore in FY20.

The company, however, mentioned that its growth rates and profitability could be impacted if it fails to acquire new customers in a cost-effective manner.

“We cannot assure you that our historical growth rates will be sustainable or achieved at all in the future. If we fail to acquire new consumers, or fail to do so in a cost-effective manner, we may not be able to increase our review or maintain profitability,” Nykaa said in its final prospectus published on Friday.

1 Rs Face Value for 1125/- that means Standard FV of 10 Rs would be 11250/-
Ridiculous valuation. They have left nothing for Share holders. May be they are in profit but valuation of 11250/- for FV of 10 is too much to digest for a start up

@CROW Agreed! Its totally greedy on their part to overprice the the ipo price and raise as much money as possible. Anything above 1k is totally exorbitant.... A range of 850-900 would have still been fine and anything below 800 would have been excellent pricing. No wonder they delayed the IPO because of their greed.

Looks like the promoters just want to ride on the IPO train and take as much money from the market, as possible.
