Face value is Rs 1 only and issue price is 1125 per share. At Rs 10 as face value issue price comes as Rs 11250/- . Is it fair value of share. Share of RIL is available at 2500-2600 having face value of Rs 10.
Is this bigger company than RIL.
So, from my side AVOID.
Also somebody will tell me the cost of acquisition by selling share holders/promoters.

Mene 15 item k price compare kiya, like all standart bands (soap, shampoo, beauty product etc..) .
Sub item amazon flipkart pe bahut sasti mil rahi he. To fir yaha se kon mahengi chise kharid raha eh!!
Lagata he public ko uske products ki tarah hame bhi mahnge rate pe share dene wale he. :D

@lokes: Ha lokesji dekhi he news, vo sub seller newly added or very low rated hote he. Or by default jo bhi hum standard popular items search karte he vo top reputed seller ki hi dikhate he.
Isiliye to last msg me particular bataya tha ki, TOP RATED SELLER, 1000+ 4star REVIEWS, Amazon/flipkart FULLFILLED items. Ye sari point check hote he to fake item ka to saval hi nahi hota. (kon bevakuf 200-500 ki fake produtc bechne k liye apni trillion doller ki company ki reputation dav pe lagayega).
Jub log ye sari chise ka dhyan nahi rakhegi to fake item aa sakti he.

or around 80% popular and females bucket listed product all are available on amzon/flipkart assured items at lower price compared to nykaa, jo ki vo khud sell karte he apne ware house se. to fake ka to sawal hi nahi hota.
nyka ki website or app jyada graphically attracted he toye bhi thoda attention grab karti he :D

Answer that i know is, "Customer Satisfaction" and "Loyalty"
Like, if i go to CCD, i get a coffee @150rs, I am okay to go to StarBucks and pay @250rs.
Both are good, but there is an USP. Also, in a long run, competitors are the HUGE RISK for Nykka.

U should also think,
When we had Paytm, we got Phonepe.
When we had Facebook, we got Twitter.
When we had Zomato, we got Swiggy.

Competition is healthy is market, we have a huge opportunity ahead. Everyone will benefit from this, be it AMZN, FPKRT, NYKA etc.
Coming to Valuation, Market itself is overvalued. TBF, Its just the way we calculate, few see the future earnings, exceptions and growth. Few see the history!
I suggest, look at the future but do a good study of history before u invest!

कॉस्मेटिक्स और फैशन उत्पादों को बेचने वाली भारतीय ई-कॉमर्स कंपनी Nykaa का आईपीओ बुधवार को एंकर निवेशकों के लिए खुला। सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक Nykaa ने अपने आईपीओ के तहत जितने शेयर एंकर निवेशकों के लिए बेचने के लिए रिजर्व किए थे, उसे उससे 40 गुना अधिक बोली मिली है। यह बताता है कि बाजार में Nykaa के आईपीओ को लेकर काफी दिलचस्पी है।

जानकारी के मुताबिक, नायका की पैरेंट कंपनी FSN E-Commerce Ventures ने एंकर निवेशकों के लिए करीब 2,400 करोड़ रुपये के शेयर रिजर्व किए थे। इन शेयरों के लिए सबसे बड़ी बोली इनवेस्टमेंट फर्म ब्लैकरॉक कैपिटल ग्रुप और एसेट मैनेजर फिडिलिटी ने लगाई। इसके अलावा कनाडा के सबसे बड़े पेंशन फंड मैनेजर CPPIB और सिंगापुर के सॉवरेन वेल्थ फंड GIC सहित कई बड़े ग्लोबल इंस्टीट्यूनशल निवेशकों ने इस बोली में बढ़ चढ़कर भाग लिया।

Tide से लेकर Pantene शैंपू तक, Procter & Gamble ने अपने लगभग सभी उत्पादों के दाम 4-11% तक बढ़ाए

एंकर निवेशकों के लिए आईपीओ सिर्फ एक दिन बुधवार को खुला था। रिटेल और दूसरे निवेशकों के लिए Nykaa IPO गुरुवार 28 अक्टूबर से 1 नवंबर तक खुला रहेगा। Nykaa IPO के आईपीओ का प्राइस बैंड 1085 से 1125 रुपये प्रति शेयर रख गया है। ऊपरी प्राइस बैंड पर Nykaa का वैल्यूएशन 52,574 करोड़ रुपये (7.4 अरब डॉलर) पहुंच जाएगा।

कंपनी की योजना आईपीओ के लिए 5,352 करोड़ रुपये जुटाने की है। एक्सचेंज पर Nykaa के शेयर 11 नवंबर को लिस्ट हो सकते हैं। Nykaa अपने आईपीओ के तहत 630 करोड़ रुपये के नए शेयर जारी करेगी, जबकि मौजूदा शेयरहोल्डरों की तरफ से 4.197 करोड़ शेयरों का ऑफर-फॉर-सेल (OFS) लाया जाएगा।

क्या चल रहा है GMP?
Nykaa का इश्यू प्राइस 1085-1125 रुपए है। जबकि ग्रे मार्केट में इसके शेयरों का प्रीमियम 670 रुपए चल रहा है. यानी यह अपने हायर प्राइस बैंड से 60% ऊपर है। इस हिसाब से देखें तो मंगलवार को ग्रे मार्केट में Nykaa के अनलिस्टेड शेयर 1795 रुपए (1125+670) पर ट्रेड कर रहे थे।

पहले पानी पूरी का IPO (waterball ipo - a comedy by my favorate jaspal bhatti) आया था। अभी नाई का (nykaa) IPO आया है। कल कोई दर्जी का आईपीओ आयेगा। इन्वेस्टर का काम ही पैसा लुटाना है, लुटाते रहो। और शेयर मार्केट को गालियां देते रहो।

HNI Funding rates for this IPO are very high...
13% for 8 days is BAJAJ FINANCE rate...

Do you guys know any other rates?

Usually it’s 7% and since recently more people started applying it was increased to 8% and in Zomato it was 9% which was maximum. But the demand of Nykaa is crazy and the gmp is way much more than the interest cost an investor would accrue @9% for 8 days, and so I guess Bajaj is using this as an opportunity to make money

Par that''s the risk an investor takes and if bajaj starts eating into those, they will only lose business...

Cartrade results will come tomorrow ....Any expectations ?? Or this downtrend will continue. .... Already more than 20 percent down

Chances of allotments are very less

My preference -
1) Nykaa
2) Policybazar
3) Sigachi (Allotment will be very tough like Paras)
4) Sjs

I''ll mostly avoid Fino payments bank because it is exorbitantly priced.

Now GMP below 600, also trade volume very thin, hope it will be steady till listing. And should not repeat the GMP behaviour of car-trade.
One reason GMP down many IPOs are coming at the same time.

Jese ki SBI ASBA me 5 kar sakte hai toh AXIS me kitne kar sakte application

Did anyone else notice a new ''IPO Funding'' button in Kotak Banking App under IPO / ASBA page? Has anyone used IPO Funding from Kotak, please let us know your experience.

I am not sure about other demat holders, but with reading kotak terms and conditions I am assuming this is for only kotak demat holders of NSDL depository accounts.
I also don''t have any demat account with kotak so can''t cross check.
At present it''s saying no Valid beneficiary even beneficiary of other demat account is already added.

You can directly check with kotak customer care on more on this.

i will also apply if even HNI crossed 50X, no one is saying nykaa is not good company, only valuation is not digestible which may be clear after seeing anchor interest and QIB/NII subscriptions.
