Got 3/7. Very happy This time. I have always Got allotment from Linkintime or even Karvy. It is just a matter of luck. It is the exchange which decides the lottery and not Linkintime. Kindly do not blame registrar for non allotment. It is pure luck. Keep trying you will get allotments in future. Best of luck to all the allotees......

I doubt exchange decides the allotment because they only come into the picture after the share is listed

I had applied for 14 lots each of 12 shares ( 168 E.S.) under Retail Category. This portion got oversubscribed by a little more than 12 times. but still I did not get allotment. I think I should have been allotted at least 1 lot i.e. 12 shares as per my understanding. Can anyone on the forum throw some light and give your opinions please ?

@K Sanjay: For all oversubscribed ipo in retail category, its considered only 1 application either you apply for 1 lot or for max amount in retail and as per lucky draw, allotments will be done (1 lot to everyone).
So either you apply for 1 lot or 14 lots, its considered single applications only and both are having similar chances in lucky drae, so in future always apply only 1 lot in retail category where ipo is subscribing more 2x in retail which usually happens always in good ipos.

If IPO is oversubscribed, it will be allocated on lottery basis. Even if you apply 1 lot/14 lots it''s considered as 1 application.
This IPO is oversubscribed by 12 times.
By removing multiple lots, may be it has 7x or 8x applicants. So lottery is drawn for those 7x or 8x applicants and allocates 1 lot each.

Hearty congratulations to all the allotted ones. I can understand the feelings of the allotted members who wish to enhance their joy by sharing their happiness with all.
I can also understand the feelings of the non allotted members who desires to reduce their grief by sharing their unhappiness and dissatisfaction to console themselves. Let us be courteous n kind to bear with. After all, a word of encouragement can do for them. Please don’t post anything that may add to their already existing sadness. This is my prayer to one and all as the allotments of IPOs are in a big way in the coming days.

I checked on linkintime..it is showing securities alloted 12, in BSE Website it is showing no record found. Also there is no debit msg or any email from nykaa...do i get allotment or not?

Keep money in your account they debit later

Your money will get deducted later. Allotment wont get cancelled

I have applied for nykaa ipo but while checking status.. It shows no record found. And the amount was in lien in the bank account. Any suggestions??

As usual whenever the subscription is more than 20x, i never get allotment. 0/2. All the best for those who got it

How are you guys able to apply from multiple accounts? Is it using different pan and difference dmat?

I applied maximum allowed lots under retail at cut off price from two family accounts. Still got 0.

Applied one lot in my account, one in wife account. Wife got the allotment. Have a mutual understanding and make sure ready to share the profits and apply in different accounts with different PANs.

I was fortunate to get 2/3 in RII application. I am in no hurry to sell and book lsting gains. I read here that the GMP is close to 700. I have sufficient money to put three applications each in coming IPO''s. Looking at the credentials of Nykaa, I would like to add some more. Could someone guide me on a buying strategy on listing day / subsequent days / attractive price. Thanks in advance. Congrats to all who were lucky in getting allotment.

received allotment in SBI, but amount still not debited......... sbi walo lunch time jaldi khatam karlo paise debit kardo and mere share muze dedo.........

Retail 3/22 (had a 50% probability of getting 2 Allotments and 50% probability of getting 3 Allotments and got the better one)

HNI (81/8880) shares or (6.75/740) lots...

Very happy with the allotment... I think we are in for surprise listing though GMP says otherwise (mostly above 2000 or below 1600)

This is the 4th ipo I got this year😊. Got 1/1.
And btw money control news says nykaa listing is likely on 10th!!! Is that true?
