Does August is the last station for companies to onboard into Primary market? Companies are rushing with their IPOs. As of now 4 IPOs from 4 to 6 Aug where fund will be released on 12th of August, and 2 IPOs from 9 to 11 Aug. So fund of IPOs open on 4 to 6 date will not be able to utilize for 9 to 11.

Does this mean companies are risking their IPOs just to capitalize this market peak?
