I think everybody is focussing on secondary market more because allotment is getting rarer day by day!!

I also believe, in last two months, too many IPOs have been declared and people are now tired of discussing around IPOs a lot. I mean, people now just apply and wait for allotment. So discussions happen only around certain milestones or else forums remain silent

Bigshare has been good with allotment timings (at least compared to other registrars), so I expect them to release allotment around 7:30pm - 8:00pm.

Agreed as the msg from ICICI blocking started in the morning session itself , good indication of an early allotment.

​@Rakcyt ICICI Bank message always creates anxiety. There is difference between " Your a/c has been BLOCKED" and "Your a/c has been DEBITED".
Let's us wait for "debited" message.

1st you make kids PAN and then open bank AC. Also please remember, if you book any profit from Minor Demat, Income tax will applicable to High earning parents e.g. if it is Kids Papa.

STCG tax is 15% irrespective. Does not matter we book profit under minor or guardian account

But answer is. 1. if single persons ? No need different addresses and different mail ids and mobile numbers

2. For different people
Family members no need different addresses , use different mail ids
Different mobiles if they have ,if they don't have two mobile numbers enough for 5 to 6 demat accounts.

For multiple DEMAT accounts, unique PAN nos. and unique Bank Accounts are desirable. However addresses, phone number and email need not to be unique though some DP participants (like Zerodha) do not allow same phone number and email id. In case of ICICI Direct, phone number and email id uniqueness is not mandatory.

​@Som mca Buddy 5 ,6 demat handling doesnt mean that the person is "forging" these accounts. It simply means that he is creating demat accounts in name of family members just for ipo purpose.

Ya definitely, 5-6 Demat means, 5-6 different PAN Card. My query is IPO register is scrutiny on the basis of same mobile number, address, email ID or not? For allotment? even if we use 2-3 mobile number, its common with some PAN. also for Address? Is IPO register get this info during IPO application?

​@Som mca At registrar level, only uniqueness of PAN and Bank Account are tallied. Third party bank application has been disallowed now. However address, email and phone number are prerogative of DP participants (zerodha, Groww, ICICI Direct etc). Suggest read my previous response once again.
