Airtel subsidiary Bharti Hexacom is launching its IPO soon as it got necessary approvals. This IPO is intended to facilitate a partial or complete exit for government-owned Telecommunications Consultants India (TCIL), which holds a 30% stake in Bharti Hexacom. Keep a keen watch.

Is 22nd market holiday?

yes market will remain closed on 22 nd and instead of that the market is open today.

It is very weird decision and I can tell larger investor/trader community will not like such thing.
