dear rAJaryan,
lets see what happen, did REC had any FPO listing, did NTPC had any FPO listing, Did ONGC had any FPO listing, check what was written in their prospectus.

one thing is 100% sure, those who sold on thursday will definitely get their deiveries and because the ISIN number of newly alloted shares will be the same as of older shares, there will be no problem from exchange to accept the deliveries. the same was happened in REC, NTPC, ONGC etc.

Please dont take it otherwise, this is for your knowledge only. if still u dont agree than there is no solution, just wait for two more days and all your queries regarding FPO listing will be solved.

Mind it there is no any listing procedure in "F P O". share will come on today or tomorrow and you can sell on the same day. NO ANY LISTING / RE LISTING.

Hi All,
You should remember secondary market prices are usually inline with Futures prices.
There would have been huge selling in futures which resulted in selling in secondary market as well.
In futures there is no need of having shares in demat account...you can sell how many ever you want, you need to just provide margin money.
So dont get so happy about FPO shares not getting credited to account and stuff like that.
All these people are very clever and know much more than retail investors.

Listing : The Equity Shares of the Company are listed on the NSE, the BSE, the BSEL, the MSE, the CSE
and the DSE. In connection with the Offer and in accordance with Regulation 7(b)(iii) of the SEBI Regulations,
our Company has applied to and received in-principle approval for the Offer from the BSE and the NSE.
BSE is the Designated Stock Exchange with which the basis of allotment will be finalised for the Offer. Our
Company will file this Red Herring Prospectus with the BSEL, the MSE, the CSE and the DSE for the
purpose of information. After the demat credit of the Offer Shares to the successful Bidders is completed,
our Company will apply for the permission for trading of the Offer Shares offered through this Offer to the
BSE and the NSE. If the permission to deal in and for an official quotation of the Offer Shares is not granted
by the BSE and/or the NSE, the Selling Shareholder shall forthwith repay, without interest, all moneys
received from the applicants in reliance on the Red Herring Prospectus. If such money is not repaid within
eight days after the Selling Shareholder becomes liable to repay it (i.e., from the date of refusal or within 15
days from the date of Bid/Offer Closing Date, whichever is earlier), then the Selling Shareholder shall, on
and from expiry of such eight day period, be liable to repay the money, with interest at the rate of 15% per
annum on application money, as prescribed under Section 73 of the Companies Act.

How can one sell NMDC shares in advance ?????. The new shares have to be listed. If you sell now you will be req to make delivery of old shares.
589. rAJaRYAN |   Link |  Bookmark | March 26, 2010 9:04:54 AM
deat trilok, I knoe the counting, and I know about T+2/T+3 system.

Shares will be credited to your a/c agreeed before saturday. BUT you can only use them once FPO gets listed on the exhange. Right now delvery based volume is done on x number shares floating in market, after listing x+y will float.

15 days is just allotment's limit. It's not necessary that share will be listed on monday/tuesday only. It has to be done within 10 days of allotment!! Hope it's clear 10 days barrin saturdays, sudays, fundays, holidays, stikedays is way high then T+2!!

And expected date of allotment can be 27th midnight also. Hail KARVY to delay issue as much as they can.

YOU CAN BLINDLY SELL NHPC, NTPC AND NMDC. BECAUSE WHETHER MARKET UP OR DOWN DOEN’T MATTER THESE WILL ONLY BE DOWN. HENCE, YOU CAN SQUARE ANY TIME.
AS I HAVE SOLD NHPC @ 36/-, NTPC @ 211/-, NMDC @ 401/-. STILL IT WILL AGAIN GO DOWN. NOW GOVT HAS NO TENSION AS HE HAS TRANSFR HIS TENSION TO INVESTORS BY LOOTING THEM AT MAXIMUM RATES.

dear rAJaRYAN 586,

Dont be so happy. Beacause those who sold on thursday are required to deliver their shares by monday morning ( because saturday and sunday are not considered to be working days for T+2 settlement mechanism). IN this situation, those sold on thursday will in any case recived the shares by saturday end because saturday is the 15th and last day from closure of ipo and for credit of shares to demat accounts.
sorry, this time your hopes will not work.

585. rAJaRYAN |   Link |  Bookmark | March 26, 2010 7:41:51 AM
I'm so happy for the 1st time for the allotment process is being delayed. Hope they don't give shares before midnight today!! SAALE saare short sellers ki waat lagegi. auction mein high rate pe re-purchse pe re-purchase plus penalty plus amount blocked for 3 days and lastly, the credited shares won't give any return as you are already trapped in chootiya banao scheme by certail operators.

That's why I always advise to listen to your own heart rather that someone wroting online as money you invest/trade is your own and not that "advisor"!

Where are experts and short sellers who were confidently saying to short NMDC on thursday as it will be credited on thursday eveving and list by moday!! TUm sabki mayiyyat pakka niklegi ab to.
584. Ajay d Don |   Link |  Bookmark | March 26, 2010 7:34:49 AM
Big boys who were extra intellegent who blindly sold the NMDC, be ready for the auction of your shares + 20 % penalty as there are no shares in the market.

Karvy is deliberately delaying allotment on behest of Govt.

It should move up because of that reason.
583. jai hoooooo |   Link |  Bookmark | March 26, 2010 7:29:46 AM
NMDC ka share kab tak aayega koi bata sakta hai kya
582. D C Jain |   Link |  Bookmark | March 26, 2010 7:08:12 AM
Mr. RANA SANGA,
yOur calculation for NMDC is not fit.Because you know that this FPO is issued by Indian Govt. not by the company. So no money is credited to co. Account. This amount is goes to Govt.Thatswhy company is not benefited with this amount.Your calculotion will goes fail completly. All shares issued for NMDC will be from Indian govt. So that co. share capital is also not affected. Good luck for your next calculation.
